Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Incredible location in the historic district. 3. Beds and pillows in my double room were very clean. 4. the staff were amicable and caring. 5. the property was so close to great restaurants and shops, and many fine pizzerias.

our room was newly renovated, modern with air conditioning, a nice balcony, and a kettle, had a fine experience.

Stayed here for 3 days, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with great and particularly GOOD location in the center of Naples. The affable staff made a good impression. Location: the venue was not far from shops and many fine pizzerias, restaurants and the main shopping streets.

The check-in process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent at this centrally located spot.

The room was well furnished when upgraded with a great balcony and a mostly clean design. the hotel was in an amazing location, in the historic center of Naples. - I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like La Figlia del Presidente that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the historic area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a modern design. I also loved the attention to detail, like the complimentary cookies and water.

The room at Raggio Di Sole 2 was well equipped and secure, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The host was very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with organizing airport transfer. The check-in process was smooth and we were provided with a map, complete with helpful recommendations for our trip. The location was convenient, with interesting parts of the historical town within walking distance.

The hotel is located right in the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. Parking can be a bit challenging in this hotel.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

During my Easter stay, I found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It was situated in the heart of the bustling city, making it easy to explore different parts of the area. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, always being ready to help with whatever was needed. the hotel's rooms were newly renovated and bright, providing a modern touch to the building's old architecture.

Although the hotel offered a comfortable stay, there were a few things that I felt could have been improved. the hotel's elevator was quite old and had a fee of 5 cents to use, which can get tedious if you are traveling with heavy luggage.

The location was perfect for a city trip, as it was situated in a lively historic district, close to main tourist areas, shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern and new, exceptionally clean, and the staff was kind and informative, offering their personal numbers for any assistance. Another advantage was that the soundproof windows prevented outside noise from affecting our stay.

The entrance was hard to find and you wouldn't know what existed behind it. There was no staff available on the premises so you need to make an appointment for check-in, and no immediate assistance was available in case of problems.

The decor was clean and simple, good coffee and snacks, modern hotel, lovely staff, central location, quiet and clean.
